We love custom orders. No minimum order required. Email us at tsbytran@outlook.com. Please include the following in your email:
Subject line: Custom Order Request.
Body: The size, color and quantity of item(s) requested. Please attach png of the image you want. Please provide a mockup if you have it. Our design team will follow up with you with a mockup of your design for approval before an invoice will be sent. All invoices must be paid within 48 hours.
Currently we do not offer refunds as all items are made to order and are custom. We do offer replacements on items deemed defected by T's by Tran, on a case to case basis. Our policy lasts 7 days upon your receipt of the item. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If the item is damaged during shipping we will file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please provide full assistance in completing the claim with the shipping carrier to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must also be in the original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
